The park is located at the north eastern corner of Dooars bordering Bhutan and Assam. The core area of 315 sq. kms around the Buxa Duar Fort was declared a National Park in 1992.
Jayanti is a small village forest which is located within the Buxa Tiger Reserve. Jayanti is located near the famous Jayanti River which acts as a natural border along with Bhutan hills. This place is getting quite popular among hikers because of eye-catching beauty, wild fountains and beautiful landscape.

Jaldapara
Day 1:
Reach Jaldapara and check in to your tourist lodge. After getting refreshed, go out for a jeep safari in the jungle.
Raise early in the morning and go out for an elephant safari from the Hollong Tourist Lodge. Elephant safari is the best way to explore the jungle and you will have a high chance to see the famous single horn Rhinos from a close distance.
Day 1:

Day 2:

Jayanti
Day 1:
Jayanti is at the furthest point of the Dooars tourist circuit. Nature lovers will have their minds full of joy and peace after seeing the beautiful jayanti river flowing through the valley and the surrounding jungles.
Transportation
